Chris Carr,
Executive Chef 

Chef Chris Carr is a Dean’s list graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He earned the loyal E. Horton’s Dining Awards Grand Prize for the University of Michigan and Ohio State Rivalry Dinner. Carr has held various Executive Chef roles, in the Ann Arbor business and collegiate communities-wowing clients and winning there loyalty – for over 20 years. His work experience includes venues ranging from country clubs, high – end restaurants, and now to large scale facilities such as The University of Michigan football stadium.
